If you've made it to this page, you're most likely wondering what to expect from me this year. Here's an FAQ that should answer your questions, but you can always get news first on my mailing list.
What are you working on now?
I'm currently working on an angsty love triangle/gothic romance coming late 2022 or early 2023. If you see me in a coffee shop in NYC, feel free to peek over my shoulder ;) My mailing list and Facebook reader group get new book updates first!
Will you write more in the White Monarch series?
I'm always open to more in this big bad world. Natalia & her man's story is complete for me, but the ending is a little ambiguous for a couple side characters. Feel free to let your imagination run wild...and if inspiration ever strikes me, I would love to take that lightning to the keyboard and give you guys more ;)
Will you write more in the Something in the Way series?
Something in the Way holds a special place in my heart, which is why I gave it 4 books. I don't have plans to continue the series but I may get inspired one day, so stay tuned. If you need more, make sure you've picked up Lake + Manning, the final book in the series. Especially if you're curious about what happened with Lake's two best friends!
Do you have a signed bookstore?
I do have one on Etsy that I open occasionally. I announce the opening to my mailing list and The Penthouse, my private Facebook reader group first. If there's still inventory after that, I'll post publicly on social media.
Will you write any more about the characters from Slip of the Tongue?
Great news: it's all been written! You can now read the follow standalones after or before Slip of the Tongue:
The First Taste is about Andrew Beckwith, the inked, ex bad boy-turned-single dad. If you've read Slip of the Tongue, you've met him as Sadie's older brother and doting father to sassy, six-year-old Bell. Learn more. Yours to Bare is Finn Cohen's book, the top 10 Amazon bestseller that's been called "the most provocative romance of the year." Learn more. |
Staying inspired and hydrated as I work on Andrew Beckwith's story.

What about Cityscape Affair Series, Possession, or Right Where I Want You? Will you add more to those?
Cityscape Affair Series recently got new covers and a bonus epilogue! Find the updated versions on Amazon or sign up for the bonus epilogue (contains series spoilers).
As far as Possession, that story felt very wrapped up for me, so I don't intend to add to that either. Beau and Lola can be a little twisted, but they'll be keeping each other on their toes for a long time to come.
I get asked a lot if I will write Justin's story from Right Where I Want You. At the moment, Justin is on the backburner, however I would love to one day release a novella for him. I wrote a super short story for him in 2017, but it needs a lot of fixing up. Once I get some time and need a break from the super-angst, I'd love to release it.
I don't feel bad about not writing more in these stories, because I have so many other ideas I can't wait to share with you.

What else are you working on?
Update: this book is now in the published! Find more info here.
I'm glad you asked! There's another forbidden love series that has been on my mind for almost two years now, and I've been slowly working on it here & there (you may see me reference it from time to time as BKOL, an acronym for the working title). It's completely gut-twisting and whenever I think about it, it hits me hard. That's good & bad. It means if you love the angst, this is for you. But it also means I'll have to go deep into the writing cave to pull it out...and I hope that won't mean a long writing process, but I won't know until I get further along. Until then, I'll be sending updates out to my mailing list.

Step one in the writing process for me, generally, is music. It's directly linked to my imagination. BKOL took root while I was listening to "Videotape" by Radiohead, so that's song #1 on the playlist. I'll add to it as I go (you can also follow it on Spotify).
June 2015: Highlighters, notecards, coffee—oh my! The plotting & outline process has begun for my next work-in-progress. I'll get some updates for you once I know more, but some things remain the same—it's all about the forbidden love. xo *originally posted to my Instagram
